PLANTING

The plants are grown on trellises and with a high density of planting (4000-5000 plants per hectare). The palisades are high allowing for maximum sun and air exposure.
The vines are pruned selectively according to the quality criteria of the cordon, double cordon or the guyot that keeps production at around 1-1,5kg on average per plant, depending on the variety, striving for the best expression of the terroir in the grapes.
